You Don’t Just Want a Massage…. You NEED Massage Therapy

We NEED to remember that regular massages are important to help prevent injury, pain and tension build up in the muscle fibers and for de-stressing/relaxing the mind and body.

Elongating the muscles will improve posture and reduce soreness. Blood circulation helps muscles to heal and improves flexibility. Regular massage will help to keep the joints more fluid, make them less prone to injury, and improve your overall range of motion.

Massage therapy causes physiological changes in the body through both mechanical and relaxation response. Together, these natural responses produce both emotional and physical benefits.

Ideally we want to be investing in positive health rather than just investing in fighting illness.

The way the membership works is that we will debit your account or credit card every month for the preferred minute massage of your choice. Then anytime that month you can come in and get your massage. Any other massages within that month will come out of pocket at the membership price.

If you don't get a massage the month of your deducted payment you can use it in another month or will also have the option to gift your unused massage to a non member(one time per client) before your 12 months membership expires. Add ons (i.e heated bamboo bar, hot stones, cupping, facials, vichy shower are not included in the membership price.

Cancellation fee of $10.00 per month remaining in your contract. Non- member rates will be $85.00 (60 minutes) or $105.00 (90 minutes).
